    This was the biggest challenge taken by us in respect of magnitude of size and diversity of work and time bound.

    • A photographer was highed for taking professional photographs of rooms and exterior so that correct information can be shared on digital and offline platforms
    • Branding exercise was conducted creating logo, Restaurant menu, napkins etc. A major part of this development of Room stationary which had detailed explanations on our vission and things to do in corbett,special branded letter pads pens , pencil and Post cards. To give guest a feel of being at a polished resort. This also included creating branded toiletries for rooms.
    • Then a complete exercise was done to create a digital identity. Which started from buying domain name and hosting for the website which was developed with the aim to project an image of 4 star plus category resort and content rich and in guide lines of SEO. Second step was creating GMB (google my Business) account and social media account like Facebook ,instagram, twitter, youtube etc. Regular posting were done on all social media accounts to build the brand image of resort and active google adword account was established to generate leads and queries for rooms and parties
    • Staff training was an essential part in converting leads to booking. special effort was given on FAQ and created to give staff confidence during Calls and prentaions
    • Participation in all the important travel fairs
    • Special focus was given on promotion of resort where the population was statically more vegetarian like Gujarat, Maharashtra , rajasthan etc with wich included not only digital but ofline promotion over years.
    • Small equipment like walki were intoduce to communicate from parking and resort to reduce client waiting time. Along with office coordination team which kept guest and resort update on his travel times.

  • Results

    One of its kind success Story for Corbett resort was written, where a resort with an ARR of 2500 rs grew to ARR of 9000 rs and an occupancy of just 5% to above industry standard of 50% for the region with constant growth in client satisfaction and exemplary efforts by the team. Most Important achievement was the breaking of myth that a resort which only servers vegetarian food and has no swimming pool can not only survive but be successful in a destination where guests usually ask for these two parameters as an essential part of enjoyment.
